Thanks for the JINA Classroom Mini-Grants Program

JINA,

Zach Constan, from the MSU Cylclotron education outreach facility, had made me aware of the mini-grants available to public institutions through JINA. We have been a yearly attendee to Zach's informative programs using the magnetic marble sets to help students visualize the nucleus of the atom. Because of the mini-grant monies, I was able to obtain a classroom set of these same marbles to be used with my three sixth grade classrooms. It has been wonderful. They remember doing this with Zach and it's like my students that attended the MSU workshop are now the teachers to the students that couldn't go to MSU! I am so happy to have this available for their use.
