2nd Frontiers in Nuclear Astrophysics Summer School
The Frontiers Summer School in Nuclear Astrophysics aims to develop the cross-field knowledge of senior undergraduate and graduate students, and young researchers in the interdisciplinary field of nuclear astrophysics, via the exploration of various astrophysical and nuclear physics topics, ranging from stellar evolution and nucleosynthesis to novel experimental approaches and theoretical advances.
People with diverse research interests, from astrophysics and observations to nuclear physics and reaction theory, are known to congregate at the Main Frontiers Meetings. The Frontiers Summer School is to complement the Main Frontiers Meeting, and also familiarize the participants with the interdisciplinary character of the IReNA network.
Thanks to the support from the IReNA network, application fees and local costs (accommodation at Owens Hall, breakfast and lunch) will be covered for the duration the school.
